The hot chocolate is amazing and the best I've tried in years.

The cappuccino was good, too bad that the bombolone (3.30€ the one with cream) had cream only on top and not inside, so in my opinion 30 cents more than the empty one is too much.
For the rest everything is okay.
Sometimes good, sometimes bad.... The cold latte must be served with milk on the side... And it must not be poured by the barista directly from the bottle, 1 it's not nice to look at and 2 I didn't ask for a latte macchiato
we went this morning at 11.30 to consume 2 croissants and 2 cappuccinos. I would like to point out that we have been customers for a long time and loyal to EATALY and every time we come we are not greeted with courtesy, we can understand the work is demanding but today it was too intolerable, the reception was almost a nuisance for them, they were served very badly without politeness and the waitress who served us had a white blouse rudely asking what we wanted. Now I say this is a job that requires courtesy and a smile so let's try to commit ourselves, the service must be done well and try to take action since the reviews speak for themselves and are unfortunately negative.
