Historic place, very beautiful, especially inside, excellent quality of products, perhaps a little more assortment of the same is missing. Prices adequate for the type of place. Recommended.

Bar storico di Pistoia in tutti i sensi. Ricavato da un edificio antichissimo credo addirittura medioevale sembra di entrare in una dimensione parallela. Ritrovo da sempre di artisti locali, ci sono installazioni di arte moderna in ogni angolo che impreziosiscono la visita. Consigliatissimo anche la colazione è ottima. Ha salette interne e un ampio spazio esterno con tavolini.

Beautiful environment, good range of products, excellent coffee, but the slow and inefficient service. There are a lot of staff who do a lot of movements, evidently following the set way of working, but given the influx of people in the place, that way of working doesn't work very well. They would need an upgrade in the service presentation methods. The gentleman at the counter who makes the coffee is very good, I've seen him work during times of very important influx, he does his job well, but the communication side with customers is definitely not his strong point.

Pistoia is a clean, quiet city full of works of art with a layout of medieval streets that not even Florence anymore has
