Caffè Tridente In Trento

A bar on Piazza Duomo, the very center of Trentino, with a beautiful view of the square and the cathedral itself. The espresso was very good; we ordered two glasses of sparkling wine, despite the early hour. The waiter brought us a snack to go with the wine. I can't rate the food; we didn't order anything.

The place is really nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and a menu offering good, well-presented food. It's a shame about the staff, which ruins the experience a bit: they're unfriendly, hasty in asking for payment, and not very transparent in giving change—you have to be careful because they seem to pretend nothing's happening. It's a real shame, because with a little more kindness and honesty, it would be a five-star bar.

For an excellent breakfast outdoors in Piazza Duomo with a view of the splendid central square

I chose the Tridente as the place to celebrate my graduation, held in early June, with my family: the choice was never more appropriate. Silvia followed us from the beginning to the end of the organization, she was always very helpful, kind and quick in providing us with assistance and listening, as well as all the other waiters were very kind and prepared. A table for 20 people was organized outside with a view of Piazza Duomo, and we were provided with an abundance of food and dishes that were appreciated by everyone: from colorful sandwiches filled with cold cuts and vegetables, to stuffed focaccias, tramezzini and even, they came to our aid even for a vegan guest by preparing incredible flavored meatballs! I highly recommend the Tridente. Thanks again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delicious pistachio coffee and a perfectly flaky croissant — such a treat! The view is absolutely beautiful, making it a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy this beautiful city, especially on a rainy day. Highly recommend!

Really gorgeous bar with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We have been twice, both for lunch, in this bar located in the central square with the Duomo and the Fountain of Neptune. We ate a small toast and the Trentino sandwich, filled with typical carne salada, rocket, apple slices and cheese. Very good, very nice and relaxing bar, we ate at the arto with a view of the square and honest prices. Friendly and fast staff. I liked it very much and I was happy to go back a second time!

Very good drinks (spremuta, Aperol Spritz, caffè, friendly staff). Haven't found a better cafe in Trento.
