Caffè Tornatora Roma In Roma

If I find myself passing through Via Igea I can't help but stop at Tornatora. The pastry shop is wonderful, everything is delicious and the staff is always friendly. Furthermore, the owners are always available and kind to all customers. It's just a shame to have it far from home

I am a customer, everything has always gone well!! I am quite familiar with the quality of the food! The last time I had two small plates of thousand leaves at the table, really soft and cheap! At the checkout I told him that they couldn't be eaten, even though I had told him this, I paid for them both, apologizing and that they would have notified the pastry chef! Moral of the story I told him: That the pastry chef KNOWS WELL THAT THE PASTRY IS Limp, because the slice is cut, so he feels good that it's not fresh, so there's no point in telling him! Congratulations for your professionalism and for having taken into account the two thousand sheets that were worth the bucket! It's not the money but the principle, and how to treat a customer.
