Very kind!!!! I am an educator and I stopped with the group of disabled people and the other colleagues to have a drink. The waitress immediately seemed welcoming and available in helping us with the wheelchairs. After having consumed our orders, with great and pleasant surprise, they informed us that they were offered by the owner of the bar. It is not often that you find such sensitive and kind people.

Unassuming from the outside. Inside you'll get an excellent coffee and brioche, fantastic service. Feels like it's run by a family.

Bar in the center of Bergamo. Clean and comfortable environment. Very friendly staff, top quality products: from the cappuccino to the croissants, from the pastries to the chocolate, everything is really good! Fair price for the quality of the products

The clerk was very kind and started a wonderful morning. The hot cocoa was the best hot cocoa I had in Europe. It was very fragrant and not too sweet, and it was pure chocolate. The atmosphere in the store is very good, everyone is chatting happily, the clerks have smiles on their faces, and overall every part is perfect

When I came to Milan, after getting off the plane in Bergamo, I walked around the city and found a random cafe! There were already many aunts and uncles here drinking coffee and chatting early in the morning 😂 The whole store gives people a very energetic feeling 😂 Ordered hazelnut flavored hot white chocolate! This is the first cup of hot white chocolate I drank in Europe 🤩 4 euros a cup is not bad

Bugan Coffee Lab

28/12/2024: The perfect place for coffee nerds!! You sit inbetween coffee equipment and a lot of fresh coffee. The cappuccino we had was a medium roast from columbia, extremely well extracted, fruity but not sour at all. The staff speaks english and were happy to explain a bit about the coffee.
18/12/2024: Objectively, it is rare to find a place where, if you are open to dialogue and new experiences, you find people who know exactly what they are dealing with and how. Just think that coffee is just a drink to drink to wake us up. We learn to taste and understand the drinks and food we ingest. The new year is coming soon, I advise everyone to have an experience, enter with an open mind and without prejudice. And enjoy the true beauty of coffee! Ah, without sugar obviously!! Congratulations to BUGAN!
