05/01/2025: Ristorantino nei pressi del Castello aragonese di Taranto, come suggerisce il nome (anagramma di Bufala) molti piatti sono tematici. Preso crocchelloni, paccheri alla crema di bufala pistacchio e salsiccia fresca e una fritturina di calamari. Luogo giovanile, arredato con gusto, ottima musica. Servizio veloce e prezzi non turistici. Da provare!

15/12/2024: I had the pleasure of having lunch at this place and I was thrilled. The pasta, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, was simply perfect: cooked just right and with flavorful sauces. The desserts were also a pleasant surprise: a perfect mix of tradition and creativity, with an authentic and irresistible flavour. The staff were friendly, attentive and always available to provide dish recommendations. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent Italian cuisine in a refined and pleasant environment.
