Really lovely spot with great service we had a super helpful lady who explained the menu for us. Delicious food with reasonable prices :)

A good place to eat on the go, facing the cathedral and at (almost) any time of the day or night. The pasta salad, melon/ham and sandwiches are great for those who are hungry.

A beautiful place to linger AND even when Piazza Santo Spirito is very loud, it is a little quieter here. The food is very tasty and the service is friendly. We stopped by again the next lunchtime 😊 Thanks for the service and food!

Not speaking Italian, a waitress took the time to show us the products that made up the sandwiches so that we could choose. We really appreciated it because she gave us good advice. Reasonable prices, friendly atmosphere and very warm welcome.

Very nice owner and staff. I tried the poppa sandwich and green sauce here for the first time: it's world-class! Two sandwiches, 4 crostini with livers and 2 glasses of red, 15 euros each!!

Il Vecchio Cigno

01/08/2024: 15 minutes from the campsite (hu Firenze), arrived here via the cycle path along the river. The friendly English-speaking service helped us perfectly. Food was delicious and good value for money. The bistecca fiorentina was recommended and tasted very good. See pictures
29/07/2024: Buon antipasto della casa ed arrosto misto con ottime patate al forno. Il proprietario ed il cameriere gentilissimi. Vista la calura estiva siamo stati sistemati all’interno del locale. Da tornarci.
