After watching Chef's Table on Netflix two years ago, I promised myself I'd come to Noto specifically to try the products at Caffe Sicilia. I was expecting the granita al caffè to be a revelation. Unfortunately, the taste of this granita was particularly awful. Too much sugar, and the aroma of freeze-dried coffee, very far from what I had imagined this product to be. We had a pastry, which was average. The ice cream was decent: Oro and Etna mango. I had a much better granita this morning in Syracuse. What a shame.

While visiting Noto, we stopped for a quick break. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The freshly filled cannoli are simply sublime! Highly recommended!

Sicuramente non i prezzi più bassi che troverete in Sicilia, ma quando la qualità è alta è giusto pagarla. Posizione stupenda davanti al duomo di Noto, il caffè Sicilia è un caffè storico dove vale assolutamente la pena fermarsi. Sono presenti sia tavoli all’interno che all’esterno. Granite, cannoli, cassate, pasta di mandarle… tutto fantastico. Tappa immancabile durante passando per la città.

21/10/2025: Such a nice place, we got there by mistake but we definitely didn’t regret it. The pasta with clams was delicious, al dente and I enjoyed so much. The service was great and there is this lovely old gentleman which serves street food
20/10/2025: Exactly what I was looking for. They offer a mix of various traditional dishes. Also cheap and good service. The portions aren't abundant, but that's fine by me.
