Great pastry and drinks. The cafe is at a crossroads in a quarter that is very lively and there are many people passing by, its very chill and cozy in the way only an Italian city can be.

What delicious vegetable flavors we were served. The service inside and outside was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere on the terrace and in the area was very nice. Highly recommended to eat something and certainly also to drink, at a reasonable price.

Tourists from the US. We went to this coffee shop twice. Both times the staff was so kind and made everything very easy, the pastries were very tasty and the coffee was also top notch. I would go back again and again.

Came here on our last day after six weeks in Europe, traveling only Italy and was craving a good breakfast pastry with some Eggs long story short came here and tasted one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had in my life and also purchased this almost like Panini looking white bread with eggs and lettuce, and I have them heated up. Definitely a great recommendation, especiallyif you want a good bite a good atmosphere good prices and close to everything without being in the middle of everything. Definitely our first place going forward when staying in Trastevere

Great food at a great price. Staff are friendly. We stopped by in the morning for croissants and then again at lunch for sandwiches and we were very happy with food for both visits

Ottima pasticceria/bar all'inizio di Trastevere (verso nord). Molto spazio per sedersi ed ampia scelta di dolci, tutti molto buoni. Laboratorio a vista, un plus non indifferente. Prezzi medio/alti.

Este lugar tiene un ambiente muy divertido y una amplia variedad de pasteles. El servicio era genial y la comida no era mala, pero el café podría haber sido mejor. Bien para un desayuno rápido. No es una parada para los lugareños.

08/08/2025: I've been to this place a couple of times and have always had decent food. The meat is good, as are the sandwiches, but the last time I went for lunch, I found myself with an empty plate that was practically dirty as soon as it was brought to the table, and a hair in my plate. I'd say this lack of attention is a shame, because the place deserves it.
08/08/2025: On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at around 8:00 PM, three of us went to Ferro e Ghisa. We didn't have a reservation and, with a bit of luck, got a good seat inside. There was also an outside table available, but it was on the corner of the building, which seems to be popular with dogs... The service was very good and attentive. Because one dish took a little longer, we were informed, and the server apologized. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The three of us paid around €80, which included an appetizer and a Greek salad. We'd go back anytime.

21/08/2025: Category: Bar and Pastry Shop; Venue: Spacious with excellent natural lighting, clean, and comfortable, linear furnishings; Parking: Availability depends on time and day, but you can always find one nearby; Service: The counter service is impeccable. The option to take your order and bring it to your table is excellent; Food: Top-notch coffee, excellent pastries and croissants, and gourmet appetizer options with delicious savory dishes; Price: Average, but considering the superior quality compared to most other establishments of the same type, I think it's excellent. Overall, the rating is top notch; I didn't give the last two stars for service and ambiance because they're meant to encourage others to do more to make this place a beacon for other businesses.
