Unlike many negative reviews, I personally found a good bar, excellent coffee at a reasonable price (lower than other places outside the city center), great politeness, and smiles! Sometimes you have to be polite to receive a positive attitude/gesture with a smile! You can't just expect it! (I have a business that deals with the public and I know a thing or two about it.)

03/05/2025: The croissants are excellent, the coffee good. All very expensive. The staff (despite being numerous) were not able to guarantee a service up to the standard of the venue, even if there were few customers: for example, on two occasions we had to get up to order.

06/04/2026: The best leavened products I've ever tasted. It was a coincidence that I tasted my first panettone, but I have to say thank goodness, because it was a real discovery! I then ordered the Colomba for this Easter, and they are spectacular, soft as a cloud and so light that you could eat them all in one go. I must try them; after that, it will be difficult to want to buy other leavened products from others.
