Great cafe and bar. The service was impeccable, professional and fast. The attire with tie of the staff present was much appreciated. Fine and refined environment. Simple but well prepared aperitifs. Very good toasts and choice of fresh pastries.

Small café, which is a little more inconspicuous and therefore not so crowded. The owners are friendly and always helpful. The coffee, like the Aperol, is accompanied by small snacks. There is no lack of quality. All in all very satisfactory, which is why it quickly became our favorite cafe.

Very tasty coffee and coffee variations and small delicacies. Spritz mega, the Hugo spritz is highly recommended! Ambience very quiet and homely. Friendlier waiter/operator

08/11/2024: Deliziosa! Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented in a warm ambience. We really enjoyed our meal here.
02/11/2024: Top restaurant in Trieste. In terms of quality/price it is perhaps the best restaurant I have been to. Excellent selection of wines and very competent staff. It is certainly more expensive than average, but for the quality of the fresh fish and the cuisine it is worth it. The appetizer "la champagnieria" which has a selection of typical dishes is recommended. Cabin-style interior furnishings, the room is very quiet and you can't hear the street. We ate and enjoyed the wine in complete tranquility.

24/11/2024: Delicious cappuccino and croissants, well attended, but everyone was very nice and quick, we were there twice
21/11/2024: Excellent bar for a sweet or savory interlude or even for a simple coffee. Efficient and fast staff. The kitchen is open to view, which is a good thing, but the staff would be better, I think they wore a hat. Still recommended.
