Caffè Royal In Caccamo

08/25 Confectionery right under the castle. Prices are higher, but not surprising considering the location. We tried the ice creams, they were luxurious. The chocolate one was just like chocolate, not too sweet at all. The cappuccino coffee was good. They have a choice of ice cream in a cone or in a cup. The cup has several sizes, the small one is completely sufficient, they didn't cut off a penny like in the guilds, but a reasonable portion. They had a special method of payment and ordering here. At the cashier you first pay for what you choose and then they give it to you. You can sit inside, but we had no service, we had to bring it to a table ourselves and in the room where we sat there was quite annoying music playing loudly. They had ice cream cones there, but they didn't cut them for us, we would have to buy them whole, which was about 8 portions. You can park for free nearby. The service is pleasant.

Delicious granita, strawberry with cream, bar located near the Caccamo castle. Caccamo is a wonderful medieval town, I recommend visiting the castle.

The ice creams are to die for and plentiful, especially Limone e fragola.

We only had the gelato, and I can say it's excellent, with generous portions in both cones and cups. The location is perfect for a relaxing moment before visiting the castle.

Breakfast for 2 cost 6€. Very tasty, the place is quiet and beautiful.

Very good, but everything is always disposable (glasses, spoons, etc.). Ecology is not a strong point of the establishment, but unfortunately, like many places on the island!

We have tried a variety of various gelaterias in Sicily but this one is one the best ones for sure 👌 natural ingredients and authentic recipes 🍦🍨🍧 definitely worth popping in after visiting the Castello di Caccamo. Love love love 😋

È il locale più facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio del castello e, quindi, è una sita di metà obbligata. Locale freddo, razioni abbondanti ma troppo condite, per i miei gusti. Servizio minimal.
