The place is only for tourists, where they rip you off with exorbitant prices, even making you pay for the air you breathe. I've been there a few times, but they know next to nothing about coffee, and let alone cappuccino. You have to ask for things several times to get the ones you like; that's not how it works, given their renowned professionalism, etc. 😱😱

The staff are unwelcoming, they don't pay attention to their communication style, and they show no concern for customers. They just focus on selling. I've seen them respond rudely several times, such as to an elderly lady who asked if they could turn on the heating outside. It puts you off going. It's a shame because the pastry shop is good.

The desserts are special, as are the people who make them. Silvia is always very kind and available to accommodate any requests, as well as being professional. I entrusted her with the preparation of my daughter's first birthday cake and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks again.

18/12/2025: Our favourite coffee & breakfast spot during our time in Rome. Good coffee and tasty brekkie, also the staff is lovely and attentive.
17/12/2025: The food is simple, but worth the price. The atmosphere is great. The service makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. It's worth stopping by for breakfast or an evening snack and a drink. This is a place where you'll feel like you're part of Rome. The better part 😉
