13/12/2025: We happened to walk past this restaurant and got the last free table. The service was warm and very friendly. We had the six-course fish surprise menu and were absolutely delighted. Everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. The highlight of the evening, however, was the celery and tequila sorbet. It sounds really strange, but I would come back just for that. We will definitely be back, or we'll ambush the chef and wrest the recipe from him!

13/11/2025: Antica Besseta is amazing! I’m visiting Venice for the first time and stumbled upon this gem. The food was amazing, I had the fish of the day with vegetables it was incredible paired with Souve wine. The ambiance is great, quiet, intimate, and welcoming. I would definitely go again and recommend for someone looking to try a place with deep roots in Venice.
