Great location by the lake and friendly service. They had also one gluten free pasta choice and gluten free pizza which was a relief!

What a fantastic place caffè Roma is. Beautiful location lovely people and the atmosphere is so that you never want to leave. In particular Rey is a joy to be with. He is always so happy positive and very efficient and has a great sense of humour. They all look very smart in their white logo shirts, apart from the management who are very difficult to identify as they just where t shirts of any description. It would be so much better if they too were dressed in uniform. Thankyou for always making my stay so enjoyable.

Very nice place, the waiter Reynaldo was very kind and very professional. It's a shame that the food was all frozen and reheated.

We stopped for a drink break, we had an Aperol spritz and a sparkling mineral water, the service was discreet, the staff were friendly, the environment was clean

Great atmosphere! We only had cocktails and didn't eat anything, but the food at the next table looked delicious. Bardolino is a beautiful, picturesque town. Lots of inviting shops.

Excellent service! Everyone is incredibly friendly, quick, and attentive, and they cater to individual needs. Dogs are welcome and are immediately given water. The food is delicious (except for the fruit, which is sometimes rather bland).
