We tried the coffee affogato and it was simply delicious—creamy gelato with a strong espresso, served with a touch of elegance, and a small cone that adds a charming touch. The relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and central location make this café an excellent choice for those seeking a sweet and refreshing moment. A very charming café in the center of Portogruaro, with newspapers available for reading. The coffee is neither excellent nor bad. The pastries are a bit pricey for what you get, which didn't impress me.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, despite being a regular. I often come to this bar with my family, but today we had a nasty surprise. My father went to pay for two white spritzes and a Coke (all correctly marked on the order) and was asked for €16, a clearly inflated price. When he objected, the guy behind the counter tried to deflect the issue by saying, "Oh, but didn't you also have water and mint?", despite having the order right in front of him. This clumsy attempt to overcharge just because he looked like a tourist was truly unpleasant, especially for those of us who, like us, have always enjoyed choosing this place. Be careful with prices if they don't know you: transparency should apply to everyone, tourists or not.

Caffè Roma is a guarantee. Delicious sandwich rolls, perfect spritzes, and low prices. Top location near the tower, friendly staff. Perfect for a break or an aperitif.

Great service and delicious croissants. We were a group of 13 and they were very kind and helpful in rearranging the tables outside to fit us all.

Charming café, on a fantastic square, everything chic from the furniture to the lights. A wide choice of croissants to enjoy for breakfast but above all empathetic, smiling and very kind staff. Highly recommended.
