Dimly lit place, friendly but cold and detached staff (strange considering the usual Apulian welcome), slow restocking of breakfast pastries.

28/08/2025: Simple, basic, and excellent value. Eating seafood in Ostuni is a no-frills affair, with basic yet precise service. The trofie with clams is excellent, but the fritto misto needs a rethink. It was a pleasant discovery on a busy day due to the town festival, but the restaurant was packed. This purchasing and preparation method, often used in Puglia for meat, really shines here with the freshest fish. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Ostuni.
