A unique local hot drink. It's delicious and definitely worth it.
However, it seems very expensive.

The food is truly delicious; they have a menu featuring 100% typical Piedmontese dishes. The waiters aren't very communicative, but the owner is kind and helpful.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. It's limited, but they quickly found us a table despite the small space. The lunch menu is €19 per person, excluding drinks, and you can choose from three starters, three main courses, and a bonet to finish. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly.

With a group of friends, and on the recommendation of a guide, we had lunch here. It's not considered a restaurant, but you can grab a quick bite. The friendly, yet seasoned owner offered us a tasting menu, including agnolotti, cutlet with potatoes, and dessert (€19). We added a glass of wine, water, and even tried the Bicerìn, all for €30 each. If you're not demanding, it's a good compromise for a city-center establishment.

The taste is delicious! The waiter saw that I was a foreigner and explained the cooking methods of each dish in English. There was a chocolate dessert that was said to use a recipe certified by the former Italian royal family.

I gave the service 2 stars because the only waiter seemed bothered to serve us. We tried a few dishes that don't have much in common with Piedmontese cuisine, except for the Bunet. That's worth it. Apart from that, I wouldn't recommend it.
