The taste is delicious! The waiter saw that I was a foreigner and explained the cooking methods of each dish in English. There was a chocolate dessert that was said to use a recipe certified by the former Italian royal family.

I gave the service 2 stars because the only waiter seemed bothered to serve us. We tried a few dishes that don't have much in common with Piedmontese cuisine, except for the Bunet. That's worth it. Apart from that, I wouldn't recommend it.

No wait for the table nor our order. We had a summer version of bicerin, which was great. The place seemed a bit small, which did not suit our preference.

All positive. Very nice people, excellent advice on choosing traditional Piedmontese food. Possibility of having lunch under the porticoes in front of the well-kept restaurant.

La visita a questo locale storico di Torino ci ha colpito per la storia che si respira in ogni stanza, la cortesia del personale e l'eccellenza del Bicerin che ci è stato servito. Grazie.

E' uno dei locali storici di Torino, situato sotto i portici di via Po.L'abbiamo scoperto per caso, curiosi di assaggiare il famoso "Bicerin" e poi convinti dalla bella location e dalla gentilezza del titolare, abbiamo deciso di tornare per pranzo. Gli gnocchi al vino rosso e il vitel tonnè valgono il viaggio, questo locale e' tappa obbligata ogni volta che veniamo aTorino, cominciando dalla carica del Bicerin prima di iniziare visite a mostre e musei e poi per un pranzo veloce e informale ma di qualita', coccolati dal personale veramente gentile e professionale. Super consigliato!

14/10/2025: Very good Italian cuisine, in a brasserie-café. The daily specials are varied and very fresh. From 2 p.m., the Italians go back to work, so there's little waiting! Very good tiramisu. Very pleasant service.
12/10/2025: A normal place, nothing more. They won't poison you, nor will you eat amazing food. The downside is the distinction between Italians and foreigners, since they serve tap water to Italians, and you get a bottle of mineral water for €4 a half-liter. More than one establishment there made this gesture, but most didn't. But it's a rude gesture, which I suppose doesn't matter since I won't return to Turin; that must be their calculation.
