Very kind, friendly and welcoming staff! Some of the greatest Aperitifs we ever tasted, mixed by persons who love their job and with an eye for the details! A coffee at the bar for less than 2 Euro, very reasonably priced and delicious pastries and the most beautiful Ambiente you could imagine!

Eating seated will be very expensive but have a coffee at the bar and the experience is outstanding. Aperol Spritz was also the best i‘ve ever had!

Perfect pitstop to get out of the busy square and surrounding streets for a quick charge of coffee and/or sweets. Reasonable prices for such top location. Be aware, we had our sweets, sandwich, and coffee at one of the standing desks. When you consume drinks/food in the seated area prices go up significantly. Eg espresso 1,5€ standing vs 4,5€ when seated.

Excellent coffee, but too expensive. 8 euros for a double espresso, 7 euros for a cappuccino.

Great view, location is nice. Service slow, got our drinks wrong (brought more than ordered). Affogato and cappuccino mediocre.

The chocolate here is delicious in every Form. Raffaele was very nice

A prime location opposite the Florence Duomo. Good food and excellent desserts. I recommend the service and the cheese and pear ravioli.

Café bien situado, con vistas al Palacio Vecchio, con un ambiente clásico muy agradable y un servicio esmerado, recomendable, eso sí, no es nada económico, las vistas se pagan

Aquí, a solo un paso del Palazzo Vecchio, se encuentra uno de los mejores chocolates de Florencia (¡y un original de 1872!) que hacen mucho más que un café decente junto con... por supuesto. ¡chocolate caliente! Contrariamente a lo que ocurre en los lugares turísticos más visiblemente posicionados, Florencia parece haber logrado contrarrestar la tendencia... y mientras que otros lugares de la ciudad también reclaman la excelencia con razón... . aquí la decoración es increíblemente impresionante y más imaginativa. No menos importante es el extraño cuello y hombros de la cabeza de una jirafa de peluche que vigila serenamente el funcionamiento deslumbrante de su legendaria máquina de café. Mi excelente macchiato por solo 1€. 50 (de pie, una vieja jirafa bastante pobre) fue la prueba de lo bueno que es venir aquí. También tienen un salón encantadoramente decorado junto con servicio de mesa, o puede sentarse fuera en las sillas de cuero rosa improbablemente tapizadas y ver el mundo pasar por un precio similarmente más alto... pero no menos placer. Muy recomendable.
