The place is very nice, the menu is very bland with everything they have on the counter, although the cake was good and the coffee was very delicious, we lacked clarity in the menu, a little expensive for the quality of the products

Magical and refined setting in this historic restaurant/café in Florence. Ideally located on the square in front of the Palacio Vechio. The pastries and coffee are very good. A little lack of smiles for the waiters who are a little too "Parisian". Good experience all the same!

Spectacular. I would like to thank the guys in the internal bathroom area for the excellent service. I really like it when the staff wear elegant and or historical clothes which I always appreciate. They treated us well, with fast, polite and kind service. The entire interior is beautiful, even the very artistic bathrooms. Grandma's cake is excellent, really soft and with a delicious cream for people like me who love creams. The idea of whiskey rum vermouth tastings is also nice. They also offered us a mix of house shortbread biscuits which we appreciated and we thank the staff for the kind gift. See you soon thanks for everything

Just got an espresso. The place is very very beautiful with that renaissance vibe. The espresso was perfect. I only remember once in Milan having one at that level.
