We had lunch with some colleagues. A truly wide selection of dishes, and good value for money. Especially for those who work, the service is quick. The bathroom (4-star attention!) could have been a little better equipped, which would have made it a 5-star overall.

One of Saluzzo's historic bars, it's located in the pedestrian area, so it's nice and quiet. We had an aperitivo with two well-made spritzes and a small plate of tasty appetizers—not huge, but still adequate. The service staff were friendly, the price was average.

07/05/2025: Wir haben das Restaurant schon vor drei Jahren schätzen gelernt. Es ist ein Muss eines jeden Urlaubs von uns. Die Reservierung über Telefon unproblematisch. Die Speisen sind allererster Güte und die Preise eher günstig für solch Qualität. Die Bedienungen sehr gut ausgebildet und sehr aufmerksam. Ein Restaurant der obersten Kategorie. Die Terrasse ist genial und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Weinberge. Sonnenschutz nicht vergessen. Sonnenhüte vorhanden
