One of Saluzzo's historic bars, it's located in the pedestrian area, so it's nice and quiet. We had an aperitivo with two well-made spritzes and a small plate of tasty appetizers—not huge, but still adequate. The service staff were friendly, the price was average.

Locale in bella posizione nella zona pedonale ha un bel dehor dove noi eravamo sistemati. Buoni gli spritz, le focacce farcite e le insalatone ma la ciliegina sulla torta è decisamente lo zabaglione freddo. Servizio cordiale.

29/07/2025: We stopped during a break on our trip. It's quiet and has a covered outdoor terrace. It has homemade ice cream. There are few flavors, but my son ordered the chocolate one and it was very good. A single coffee and a small tub of chocolate ice cream cost us €3.30, so it was a very good value. The lady who served us was friendly and smiling. The bathrooms are clean and accessible. And there's plenty of parking.
09/06/2025: At the end of the Fondovalle Tanaro, quiet place, large parking lot, excellent for breakfast

11/07/2025: Stato per caffé e croissant 🥐. Tutto buono e o gestori gentili e premurosi. Ero di passaggio ma se passo a fossano ritorno sicuramente.
