I have been to L'Orchidea for breakfast at least three days over the past week, and while I have no complaints about the food or the ambience (the place appears to be very popular indeed and the prices are quite honest), I have not been able to see a single smile on the lips of any of the members of staff serving coffees and pastries. Surely they can try and do better than that...

Really good quality desserts and pastries. Unfortunately, however, more than once I have seen regular customers served first (even if they arrived later). An attitude perhaps understandable, but very unprofessional.

Spacious place with tables outside (covered), very kind staff (with me!), excellent cappuccino and delicious, artisanal pastries. I paid by phone and I can say that I had a great time! Excellent pastry bar
