My family of 4 visited during the bustling Christmas morning 9:30am, and we were greeted warmly by their friendly and welcoming team. The coffee here is unmatched, easily the best in Milan. We tried their cappuccino pistachio and hot chocolate, and both were incredible. The flavors were rich and perfectly crafted. The croissants were equally delightful, fresh, buttery, and simply delicious. A special mention goes to Julia, who made our visit truly memorable. Despite the café being very busy, she was attentive to our orders and went out of her way to assist us, even taking our group photo. Her kindness and professionalism stood out, especially on a festive day when most places would be overwhelmed. Prima Caffè Napoli is a must-visit for anyone in Milan. Both were absolute must-tries, and the quality was fantastic without the premium price tag you’d expect in Milan’s bustling café scene.
