I have been going to Caffè Liberty since I moved to Palermo and it continues to be one of my points of reference in the city. The place, renovated a few years ago, has a minimal and modern style, welcoming and pleasant. The staff is always kind, professional and ready to joke, creating a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. The owners are equally courteous and helpful. The quality of the food is excellent: from the croissants 🥐 to the fried iris with ricotta, through the arancini, the pizzas and all the rotisserie and pastry, everything is always fresh and tasty. A special mention goes to the crespelle: simply delicious, my true comfort food! The wide selection of electronic cigarettes and the possibility of making various types of payment are also convenient. A complete, well-kept bar with a soul: highly recommended!
