The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the menu. I contacted customer service, who proved to be very attentive to customer satisfaction. They will investigate and address the issue.

The food was excellent, but the waiter wasn't "perfect." He made two small mistakes.

I came across this type of store by chance while walking around the center of Turin. It is basically a discount store but with exclusively local food products. Suitable for all budgets especially if you want to save a little and not spend excessively on the same products elsewhere. I opted only for the local Gianduiotti chocolate, both truffles and the legendary pralines specific to the area but at half the price of the original stores. They have a very wide variety of Italian food products at very good prices, so if you want something good and at a very good price it is definitely worth going to this store.

Excellent pasta. Enjoyed with the meal and customer services. Best location.

Excellent market for fresh produce and national and international products

This Eataly is located in the historic center of Turin, at Via Giuseppe Luigi Lagrange, 3. VISIONARY HISTORY: Eataly was founded in 2007 from a visionary and laudable idea by Oscar Farinetti. The Piedmontese entrepreneur had the brilliant idea, starting with the name, to combine the concepts of "eat" and "Italy" to best represent the union between the pleasure of food and Italian identity. The first store opened at the Lingotto in Turin, in a charming converted industrial space, a virtuous example of urban redevelopment. WHERE TASTE MEETS CULTURE: It's not just a market or a restaurant, but a meaningful experience that embodies their slogan "Eat better, live better." A place that aims to showcase and celebrate Italian culinary tradition. FUN FACT: DID YOU KNOW THAT...? The restaurant also houses a regional wine cellar, where you can find significant and historically rich labels from local winemakers. A smaller version of the larger Lingotto location, it still offers ample space on two floors: the ground floor houses a bar and supermarket, while the basement level primarily houses a restaurant and wine cellar. There are restrooms on the basement level and a large outdoor terrace.

I recently visited this space in downtown Turin for lunch. The quality of the food is guaranteed, but this branch specifically seems to have some room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness of the tables [at least those next to the bar] and the service of the staff. The friendly guy at the counter invited us to sit at one of the available tables, but the staff [who I understand are dedicated to this] weren't even remotely attentive. Once we were seated at our table... more than 10 minutes passed before a "dubious" girl approached to place the "table service." ... It took a little less than 7 minutes to take our order. I insist: the quality of the food is very good; I just think it's important to provide customers with the same atmosphere and service offered by other branches. 😀 I can say that the times I've visited another branch, there was never a single problem with the service from the staff.

Un' ottima colazione con cappuccino (buonissimo e cremoso) e brioches (cioccolato e marmellata) nel salottino con affaccio sulla piazza, assaporando un'atmosfera tipicamente torinese (che adoro). A prezzi onesti. Piacere della vita!
