I celebrated my 40th birthday with friends at this place, which is indescribable. But of everything that was perfect, I think the most important thing was the care, attention, and perfection in every detail that Verônica and Andréa showed me! I highly recommend it!

Among the most charming restaurants in Assisi. I was with a friend. It was a special evening, with the opportunity to try the Brazilian menu, which my friend tried and loved. I had the buffalo mozzarella caramels with cherry tomatoes, which were truly delicious. We tried the capirinha to drink, which we loved. Excellent value. A charming location. Special mention for the service. The Italian-Brazilian lady, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, was extremely kind and knowledgeable, but she was truly knowledgeable and kind. I'm very satisfied.

11/06/2025: A nice surprise! Small, cozy and above all delicious food. Good choice on the menu with own products. Not only attention has been paid to presentation, which is often a turn-off, but really well cooked. We will definitely come back !!
29/04/2025: Ristorante situato nel centro di Foligno, ottima posizione e locale ben arredato con stile moderno che si intreccia con il soffitto a mattoncini con gli archi di una volta. Per quanto riguarda il cibo...tutto molto buono dall uovo pochè su fonduta ai tortelloni fino ad arrivare ai vari assaggi che si possono scegliere dal menù della bottega, dove si possono trovare diversi tipi di formaggi e affettati accompagnati anche con delle bruschette. Prezzi medio alti ma per la qualità dei prodotti e la posizione del locale sono giusti. Unico dubbio, ovviamente parere personale, l entrè di finta oliva realizzata con cioccolato e all' interno un cuore all olio di oliva da rivedere...bellissima idea ma i due ingredienti secondo me stonano...comunque veramente complimenti per tutto.

01/08/2025: For a family lunch by the lake, we opted for this very accessible restaurant. For our first course, we shared tagliolini with lake fish red ragù, which was truly delicious. Then I tried the homemade torta al testo, with herbs and sausage. The cake was truly moist, just the way I like it. We went on a summer Sunday, and the place was completely packed with reserved seating. If you arrive early, there are still tables available outside; otherwise, reservations are recommended.
31/07/2025: I have been frequenting the Ristoro for years, the atmosphere is simple and welcoming, the cuisine is excellent and the menu prices are good.
