A fantastic find in Porta Nuova! A truly authentic café where you can enjoy a delicious Saturday morning breakfast, read the paper, and enjoy a delicious coffee and croissant! These places are becoming increasingly rare in certain areas of Milan.

On our way between our hotel and the city center, a very friendly little neighborhood cafe with some sweet options for breakfast (croissants/cornetto with different fillings). Friendly welcome despite the language barrier.

I have spend a week traveling across Italy and this little cafe was my highlight. It seems to be family run, and the folks there have been super nice. Highly recommended…. Also great coffee

31/08/2025: Nice atmosphere for an outdoor evening, with plenty of space between the venue and the park. Average beers, but plastic cups everywhere. Find an alternative in 2025 if glass isn't an option.
19/08/2025: To return to the point above about children's right to play, I can say that they're a nuisance and should be kept at bay by indifferent parents. Otherwise, the place is excellent for any time of day, from aperitif to after dinner...good burgers and super friendly staff.

20/09/2025: The beauty of simplicity. What Milan is sorely missing after years of overtourism, of starred restaurants at unsustainable prices. Today, with this lunch, I rediscovered the real Milan.
17/09/2025: Kind service and delicious focaccia. Good pricing for food in Milan. Would recommend to buy something here and eat it on the go when discovering Brera
