Good coffee, wide variety of sandwiches for lunch or snack in the city center a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The sweet pastries are amazing. Well kept and clean environment especially the internal room. I recommend it!

Italian styled bar , the couple who works is very gentle and kind . The place is clean and well presented. Different brioches pistacchio, jam or nutella, plane brioche , rice pudding, Bomboloniiii, chocolate brioche etc. Well keeped in the fridge. A lot of yummy pastry for morning accompanied with iced cream coffee or reguar coffees from machine at your choice. - sandwiches are with ham and cheese, salame ,tuna,vegetables or different tastes pizza. They also have variety of drinks and can serve aperitivo. Outside table sit service have different price from the counter service AS EVERYWHERE. Comminucative ,friendly place .

The best cafe for a relaxing coffee or drink in the La Scala neighbourhood. The friendliness and professionalism of Maier and Betha and the general warmth of Caffè Il Cerino make this a lovely little place to stop and take a break from the hectic rhythms of visiting Florence. Well done Maier and Betha for making me and my family always feel at home and perfectly looked after. 5 stars on all fronts!

I have been frequenting the Cerino for years and have always been very satisfied. Excellent for croissants, sandwiches and flatbreads, as well as coffee. Suitable both for quick breakfasts and for pleasant conversations with the owners who, among other things, keep the place spotlessly clean even at times of greatest influx of customers.
