Caffe Greco In Roma

It's one of the top three coffee shops in Rome, so I think it's a good place if you're looking to break the seal. Dan at the bar. 1. Location: From Luxury Street (Via del Condotti) on the way to the Spanish Steps Among the luxury shops, this place with an old-fashioned feel suddenly appears. Right in front of Bvlgari. If you start from Spanish Street, it is easy to find because it is at the beginning of condotti street. 2. Taste: I only drank espresso, so I can't comment on the taste of other coffees or desserts, but it was good, although a bit bitter. The coffee beans that came with it were perfect for finishing off the meal. I was thinking about buying it as a souvenir, but I guess I should have. 3. Service: Although most coffee bar staff are well-dressed in uniforms, this one is a bit more classic and old-fashioned. The atmosphere is like a hotel coffee bar. The method of ordering at the bar after paying in advance was the same as other places, and most were friendly. 4. Others: You can use the bathroom for free, but you have to go inside, and even the bathroom is very old-fashioned and has a creepy atmosphere. It's like a hotel bathroom... It doesn't even compare to the bathrooms in the other top 3 coffee houses... If you go to a place like this, it would be better to try a cappuccino, but it's a pity that I didn't think of that because it was the beginning of the trip. The price for using a table is huge..? I didn't plan on using it, so I didn't look at the price... but it has that much atmosphere... haha ​​(unhelpful review...)

Spectacular very welcoming bar. However, we were in a hurry and served at the counter, h. 4.30pm. The 3 coffees were very good, but I had a tea which was served to me piping hot in two paper cups because I don't expect to serve tea in a cup at the counter. I would say a drop in style for this beautiful and elegant venue.

Historic but expensive Antico Caffè Greco. We went as a family of 4, ordered 2 cappuccinos, 2 chocolates, 1 toast and a dessert and paid 78 euros! The environment is indeed historical and very impressive, but the prices are quite high. It's a beautiful experience to experience once, but definitely not for daily visits.

Very beautiful place to have a coffee and a treat. The experience and ambience are what you are paying for. It's a fun place to stop in, but it is very expensive. We didn't want to just get a plain espresso, so we went with a hot chocolate, which was very rich and tasty, and a whipped iced coffee. I was a little disappointed with the iced coffee because I specifically asked if it was a drink or more like ice cream. I was told it was not ice cream and it was a drink. That didn't turn out to be true. It was served with a spoon and there was no way to drink it. It was like soft serve coffee ice cream. It was very very tasty, but I thought I was ordering a drink. We also got a tiramisu. It was good, but if returning, I would go with something else. I had much better and cheaper tiramisu in other places. Overall, the restaurant is beautiful and you will enjoy whatever you get, but it is very expensive.

The place is 250 years old. Its atmosphere and coffee are quite nice. On the street with the Spanish Steps. We preferred coffee and tiramisu. I think the seats were 250 years old :) I collapsed a little when I sat down 😃✌🏾

The oldest coffee shop in Rome, 2nd oldest in all of Italy if I remember correctly. A must go!! The Cappuccino was the best I had in Rome! Close to Spanish steps!!

Recommended by my hotel we dropped in for a quick coffee (espresso and cappuchino) paid a lot the register, take the ticket to the perso. Who makes the drinks and stood at the bar. Pleasant surroundings and a decent coffee, you get a chocolate coated cocoa ben on the side also which was good
