Historic venue in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto. Excellent place for a snack, breakfast or even just for a coffee break. Also recommended for enjoying a pleasant Saturday evening. 5 stars especially for the service and courtesy of the staff. Highly recommended

A place located right in the middle of the street, large inside and with plenty of space outside too. Young staff. Very fast service. I took a small glass cup of cream, chocolate and cream ice cream. The cup is large and contains a lot of ice cream but it is not of good quality. My ice cream arrived, it was mostly melted. It was heavy, difficult to digest

What a pity. Everything I ate and drank here was of excellent quality. From breakfast to cocktails. The professionalism of the staff is unparalleled in San Benedetto. But a big, very big flaw. Dirty place too dirty to the limits of acceptable. The outdoor area cannot be dirty in the morning at seven. Such a pity.

Pizzeria O Vesuvio

13/10/2024: I have been here several times, I must say that it is one of the second best Neapolitan pizzerias I have been to and in the whole valley. The pizza is very good, the dough is soft and doesn't cause any problems even digesting it, I didn't feel heavy at all; unlike most pizzerias. They are filled in a very detailed way, the flavors come together very well, a perfect mix. The cornice can sometimes be a little burnt, but it's not their fault, but rather the wood-fired oven's fault, given that after it has been active for a while it is very hot... it can automatically happen that there are small burns. The staff is very kind and helpful, an education that you rarely find elsewhere. I recommend trying this pizzeria.

Caffè Meletti

17/12/2024: Magical place. It seems to be catapulted into the early 1900s. It is impossible not to visit it if you are in Ascoli. The cafeteria, pastry shop and ice cream are good. Try the anisette chocolates they sell served with coffee. Professionalism and courtesy.
17/12/2024: Visit date: 15 Dec 2024 for two. PROS: Charming and historic place in a fantastic square. I love the anisette and the correct coffee is very good and also the Meletti cremino. Anisetta Meletti is one of my favorite liqueurs. Never missing at home! CONS: The place needs remodeling. Then I can't accept after having paid €5 for a correct coffee (at the table) and seeing the bathroom with the broken toilet seat and the sheet with explanations (I think some historical stones under the sink) all dirty. Unfortunately we get lost on the details! An Italian problem! Details that can be resolved in a few hours, but unfortunately we don't think about them.
