A crowded Sunday afternoon certainly doesn't help... historic place that we have always frequented... but the hot chocolate cannot arrive cold... and after 5 minutes the cream arrives... but that's okay for this time... Let's hope for the next one

I brought some friends who are from outside the region to this historic place in Turin. I can't judge the food but only the drinks we consumed and which we found to our taste.
Table service was fast and well served.
The price for a coffee, two teas and a mandarin punch was €19.50
The setting is beautiful and transports you to a bygone time.
But the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, for example the curtains "cry for help"
and the dust on the edges overflows.
I don't want to go into the property's pockets but given the influx of customers, I believe that the cost of decent cleaning doesn't have that much of an impact.

Very nice historic place, obviously during the holidays it is full and I understand that but there are ways and ways. The chocolate is good but definitely not worth the price, overall I think it's the price of the area but the service is just not there!! Owner/manager or whatever it is who barely looks at you, not a smile and very rudely makes you sit down also pointing out how to sit so as not to steal space from the other tables!! Absolutely worth seeing again

Amazing pasticceria, but while the gianduja hot chocolate was very good, the dark chocolate was awful. The consistency was kinda ok, but the taste profile was flat and watery.
The gianduiotto pasticcino they make is incredibly well done and will definitely get it again.
The atmosphere is very nice and def go there with friends to enjoy a higher level afternoon.

We visited this historic café in one of the central streets of Turin. We wanted to try the real snack, in general we were not satisfied with the type of service. We had to ask several times to be served what we ordered which arrived in bits and pieces. Little attention to the customer. A real shame

Classic Turin café with many traditional options for breakfast/snack and aperitif. I recommend a restyling of the bathrooms which are a bit neglected. The staff is kind and attentive. Prices a little high but normal given that we are in the center and in a historic café.

Era una vita che non entravo da Fiorio a fare colazione e quindi quale migliore occasione per farlo? Appena entrati un gentile cameriere ci ha salutato, ci siamo seduti e ordinato. Il caffè buono, la brioche no.
Peccato un così bel locale .
