Historic place, excellent coffee, fast service. Definitely worth a try if you're in Turin!

Good products, poor service. Almost all of the teas listed on the menu were missing; the waiter brought us teabags in our hands.

I give it 5 stars because the place is historic and the ice cream remains one of my favorites but it's a shame about the neglected interior and the outdoor area which is not up to par, it seems like a simple suburban bar and also the welcome and service are "tired"

Yesterday, we stopped by around 6:30 PM for a hot chocolate. There were four of us. The wait was a bit long, even a couple near us complained. It wasn't very crowded, so we came back after a year. The hot chocolate was good, let's say, but the men's restroom was terrible. The bathroom was full of paper towels on the floor, unusable. The sink for washing hands was unsightly, the faucet was moving—third-world stuff. From the lounge area on the way to the bathrooms, you can see napkins on the floor. I mentioned it to the waiters, but half an hour later they were still there, even though I walked over them. I saw a girl who then cleaned the bathroom, thankfully, but not in the dining room. Honestly, I was disappointed. I'll be back for a drink and also to see if they've actually changed the faucet. You can't see things like that in this historic café.

Popular, busy café. Good service, despite packed with customers. Both pastries and coffee tasted great.

The service was fast and excellent. We really liked the atmosphere; it felt like a local, nostalgic cafe, reflecting the spirit of Turin. We tried the Bicerin and Vermouth Rosso Carlo Alberto; I didn't take a picture, but I think they also served Tagliere because of the Vermouth. We were very pleased; it's ideal for bringing a tourist friend.

Good service but not up to expectations

A historic Turin café that you go to for that reason; expensive, although it's frequented by locals. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they have a wide selection of pastries. The bicherin was good but not excellent, and neither were the pastries I ordered.
