Caffè Falconi In Bergamo

Definitely a nice café in the city center, and this morning I went in after my blood tests with a coupon for a brioche. The first "funny" thing to point out was the waitress yelling at me and telling me that if I ordered anything other than the complimentary brioche, I'd have to pay a surcharge. I also had a small glass of cold milk and a coffee for a TOTAL of €3.40. Are you serious? The brioche isn't complimentary. You make them pay for it with the inflated prices of everything. Teach the staff not to shout, especially if they have loud voices... a luxury bar must be elegant in every way.
