I probably always got the time wrong, or I simply don't meet the typical customer standards at this place. I waited five times before writing about this experience, which was, however, repeated: either a full place or an empty one, the music blaring, the staff extremely busy and not even taking my presence into consideration (despite my 190 cm height and 140 kg). There are three very nice and polite ladies behind the counter... until they realize after ten minutes that I'm waiting with my wife or a friend at the counter. Until then, they keep their eyes down and pace briskly. Which is a good thing, if you think about it, because it means there's a lot going on and the place is running well. Kudos to you. But last night I waited four minutes before being taken into consideration, while other "friendly customers" were promptly served before me, and when I asked for two spritzes, I heard a hateful hiss through my teeth, a somewhat unfriendly "if you don't ask, we won't serve you"... Well, I had a hard time holding my tongue. To avoid ruining the evening, I quickly downed the spritz (seven ice cubes make it a teetotaler's drink), paid with a smile the €8 justified by the location... a smile not returned, and left. Between you and me. It's not nice to settle for a customer who takes the glasses and brings them back to the bar himself and make them pay for the service without even a thank you. I'm a business owner too, and I understand the exhaustion of a 7:15 PM bar with an 8:00 PM closing time... but no one is forcing you to do this job if you don't like it. I'll try again, maybe it'll go better. Any advice on the time or day to come to get service worthy of your reviews? Forgive my bluntness, but being treated badly is damn personal.

Value for money choice. Has many sockets and people can work there too. Atmosphere is great for a coffee and a dessert. Friendly staff! ♥️

Beautiful, tasty, and with a wide selection For a quick lunch in Padua, a friend and I decided to stop here for one of their schiacciate (they had a wide selection). The place was really crowded at noon, but after a few minutes we managed to snag a table outside (although the takeaway option is very convenient). The staff was very quick to serve us, despite the crowds at the tables, and the food we received was hot and tasty enough. If you want something quick and simple, I think this is the place for you.

Cappuccino and croissants €3.70 per table. Well-made cappuccino. Outdoor tables overlooking Prato della Valle. Tram stop almost opposite. The bar is located next to the Museum of Precinema.
