There are few restaurants in Rome with a set menu, and that's why I went there. The carbonara was very good, and since the owner liked me, he bought me two desserts. The homemade tiramisu was from a good chef. He didn't even want to charge me for the cover. Great.

It's barely authentic, but the taste is really not authentic. Especially since they call it pinsa pizza, which is a bit ridiculous.

20/07/2025: I always go to Antonella and Nadia's; they're delicious... the food is exquisite, as if it were cooked—WELL—at home; low in fat but flavorful; the menu is always changing; the place is clean; if you want to eat as well as at home, it's worth a detour!!
25/06/2025: We really enjoyed the pinsa with rocket, bresaola and parmesan, fragrant and well prepared. The place is welcoming and the service is kind. However, we would like to point out that the gricia seemed not very tasty, with a guanciale that did not enhance the dish as we expected. We believe that improving this aspect could really elevate the overall experience. Average prices, with service and cover charge not charged. There is a simple and pleasant atmosphere, which immediately puts you at ease.
