A nice place, but in my opinion the cakes and dinner dishes are the most delicious in Poland...

A wonderful cafe with amazing pastries and an even more interesting history. Delicious coffee in the morning, with a view of the river and the city coming to life. If you're in Pisa, I highly recommend going there 🫶🏻

In realtà non siamo stati nel locale ma, su suggerimento, mi sono affidata a loro per la torta di laurea. Non vivo in zona quindi è la prima volta che mi servo da loro ma la disponibilità e la cortesia della persona che ha gestito (al telefono) la creazione della mia torta mi hanno fatto provare fiducia verso il loro servizio: fiducia ben riposta! La torta era davvero buonissima, e il peso, per 20 persone, era più che sufficiente perché ad ogni mio ospite è stata servita una sostanziosa fetta di torta; per la scelta della decorazione vengono inviate foto di esempio per cercare di facilitare anche da lontano la personalizzazione dei decori; inoltre anche il prezzo era giusto, orientativamente era quello che mi aspettavo, da pagare con un comodo link che arriva via Whatsapp insieme alla foto della torta pronta. E l'hanno consegnata loro al locale dove abbiamo festeggiato: diciamo che abbiamo fatto una bella figura con gli ospiti grazie ad un ottimo e comodo servizio "chiavi in mano".

The overall experience was fairly neutral, with a few concerns. The café is located in a charming setting, inside a beautiful historic building overlooking the Arno River, which certainly contributes to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The coffees were tasty and the desserts well-balanced, perfect for a short break. However, the service left much to be desired. It was unclear and, in part, inconsistent: apparently, table service isn't provided for everyone, but this wasn't clearly explained. Some customers were told at the counter that they would be served at their table, while others—myself included—were not. This creates confusion and a sense of unequal treatment. The prices for desserts/appetizers/drinks are slightly high compared to the overall quality, which—while good—isn't particularly impressive in terms of either the offerings or the experience. Overall, this is a place with great potential thanks to its location and structure, but it should focus more on consistency and attention to service to offer an experience worthy of the setting.

Posizione ottima sul lung'Arno. Il palazzo è storico ma gli arredi interni sono moderni. Ha il fascino del passato. Va bene
