Caffè dell'Università In Catania

We were here just for a drink. A very friendly young waitress in excellent English recommended us some excellant local beers and make us feel at home. Which we later discovered is very rare in Catania.

Honestly, it could be better. The prices are high for the quality. I ordered the "mozzarella and spinach" arancina. The mozzarella was nonexistent, and the arancina was excessively dry. The staff was kind and helpful, but it's not enough for a fine dining establishment. Honestly, I wouldn't go back :(

The stuff was nice, the place is cute at a beatiful piazza, we had coffee, coke and pizza (frozen and topped with some ok ham - but we didnt wxpect much to be honest). Overall it would be pretty nice experience, but the toilettes were crazy unpleasant, no toilet paper, ugh.

I'm writing this review to apologize on behalf of my friend Aurora Tripari. Unfortunately, earlier in the evening, she ate something that caused indigestion. She therefore dirtied the bathroom, which had previously been spotless, with her large amounts of feces. I also thank the staff, who were kind and patient with my friend who had a stomach ache.
