The place is small, definitely better enjoyed on nice days, where you can enjoy the small outdoor square, but it's always worth a visit, even if only for the specialties. The cartellata al vincolo, with ricotta and pear gelato, and the Sicilian cannoli with pistachio gelato and cannolo-flavored gelato!!! Truly delicious. The cream is exquisite, and the owner and his son are so kind. We'll be back!

I don't like to comment, but this bar pleasantly surprised me. We came in for a refreshing drink and the welcome was particularly warm. Some people just pour you a coffee and hope you leave quickly, but that's not the case here. The guy at the counter was friendly and served us right away, exchanging a few words and explaining the place's features. The bar is clean with a shaded outdoor seating; the obvious things are no longer obvious. After serving us, he recommended the Cartellata with gelato and cream. We were packed for lunch, so I tried it and it was truly fantastic, both in taste and texture: a crunchy base, cool gelato, and smooth cream, a dessert with a bold yet well-balanced flavor. My partner devoured it, a much-needed boost when you're full. What can I say? A break from the trip I wasn't expecting. It was the only place open, and by unique I mean even the church was closed... I'm speechless; it gave us a priceless break. Thank you, and I hope others can enjoy your hospitality, as this is definitely not just a regular bar service. The Genoese and the Mexican. Also, a shout out to the traffic warden, I've never seen one so friendly 🤣🤣🤣 They don't exist in Liguria.

Nice café, well located in the small historic center. Beautiful and pleasant outdoor terrace. Friendly staff. The spritzes and negronis are perfect.

One of my favorite ice cream shops

Historic ice cream shop run by the same owners for three generations, if you are looking for an ice cream made with genuine products you have to come here. Excellent location for outdoor consumption without extra charge. The only flaw is not having internal spaces. Recommended
