I give four and not three as a score because I don't want to penalize the average score. The venue has excellent potential both for the truly refined and successful furnishings and for the very interesting location. The guys are kind and that's not to be taken for granted. What's not to like in my opinion: with a limited menu and that's okay, the quality of the dishes is only decent; the environment is a bit too dark and gloomy; Something is missing as if the ingredients were there but the whole thing wasn't working as it could; the reading room would have a potential that is not expressed at all (even the books are missing). In short, improvement is within reach, we need to make everything a little less artificial and create the right mix.

Nice bar in via De Amicis where excellent aperitifs are served. Also very good and unconventional non-alcoholic cocktails. Too bad about the mosquitoes which are deadly at the outside tables.
