We had breakfast here right after arriving in Catania. We ordered Cipolline and Bolognese rolls. Both versions of the "salty" breakfast were very tasty. We also ordered latte and cappuccino, but the coffee was average in taste. The service was impeccable, the views nearby were beautiful, the prices were not excessive. I took one star off for the taste of the coffee. Generally, I recommend it

Prices are better than other places in the square. Their coffee was nice. The waiters may be good, but they are insufficient in number. The space is big and very busy but the staff can't keep up.

Pastry bar located in the main square of Catania, in front of the Duomo. It offers a wide choice of sweet and savory dishes, all good quality Sicilian specialities.
Being in the city living room I expected greater attention to detail (dirty ashtrays, tables not perfectly clean). Let's give him the benefit of the doubt, it must have been an oversight.

Amazing view in the Piazza of beautiful buildings

When I arrived they were waiting for me, I had dinner outside in front of the Cathedral.. astonishing view and relaxing atmosphere in one of Catania's main square. Sadly I didn't find the seats and tables appropriate for a restaurant set in that place, everything was in plastic and very cheap. The food also wasn't high quality but the service fast with generous portions. It's a place which gets points for the fantastic location but honestly I wouldn't go back to dine there again..
