Caffe Del Doge In Venezia

Simpatici, veloci, gentili ma nulla di speciale compresa l’offerta delle brioche e torte locali davvero poche e di dimensioni microscopiche, volevo col caffè una bella fetta di pane con uvetta che c’era esposto al banco insieme alle brioche ma mi è stata sconsigliata perché duro 🙈 che dire volevo fare una colazione tipica veneziana e se non fosse stato per il vicoletto caratteristico era come farla in un qualsiasi bar d’Italia, non comprendo l’eccellenza di alcune recensioni e la gentilezza della signora per i tavoli per me nella normalità

I absolutely loved this place. My wife and I had 2 drinks - a double shot cappuccino and a double shot latte macchiato. It was simply amazing! I love my coffees, and this place is quite high on the list of my favourite places. Great staff as well - super friendly.

Last week I, a Venetian with a French friend, took 2 cappuccinos at the counter, praising this place known by the locals and paid 4 euros. The next day my friend returns with her French husband, asks for 2 more cappuccinos at the counter and then pays 6 euros. How come?

Everything was perfect from the coffee, the cakes, the wine, the service and the atmosphere. Highly recommend especially if you want some time for yourself, a quiet and narrow street but so close to everything.

Italian like it is, breakfast with a croissant a beautiful espresso, capuchino and lovely Staff. A bar or sit down in the authentic street and enjoy this moment. We will be back and indeed not only for the breakfast, also for lunch or a special moment
