Looking for a walk, we stopped to see their menu at the door and we looked at reviews and finally the only place in Siena that has pasta carbonara with guanciale, in the other places they put bacon or they don't have pasta carbonara at all. We ordered pasta carbonara and a four cheese pizza and everything was very good, pasta prices at ten euros and pizza the same, very cheap. I highly recommend this place over any restaurant that will charge you more and don't offer much quality in Siena

First off, this is the only restaurant that serves food from 12-10pm. Others are closed from 5-7pm. Wonderful selection of drinks. Also, there's an option to make your own salad for an additional 3 euros, which includes a protein such as grilled chicken. Although we ate in the ally, at least check out the spiral marble staircase to the 3rd floor main space. The toilet happens to be up there, too. Our waiter, Samwelle, is quite good at speaking English.

Consumato cibi tipici: pappa al pomodoro e ribollita. Niente di eccezionale e soprattutto delusa del pane che era abbastanza secco.

Nous avions déjà commandé, avant d'avoir lu les commentaires. Ça m'a refroidi. Accueil normal. Attente correcte. Petits prix. Qualité des plats, moyenne, champignons en boîte, passata industrielle, mais ce n'était pas mauvais. Je croise les doigts, pour ne pas être dérangée, car j'ai pris des parpadelles al'ragu. Et effectivement, addition en cash, bon, pas grave.

We stopped for a drink and then decided to have some food. I have to say that I just have been persuaded to try pasta instead of pizza which I normally have. My carbonara was very good but my wife’s spaghetti alle vongole was only good that’s why I gave 4 stars. A special mention to the older waiter who was serving us who was very very nice.
