I spent 3 days in Velletri, on holiday to visit friends, and for 3 days we had breakfast with them. Speed ​​of service, tables both inside and outside for on-site consumption. Waiter and bartender always smiling and precise. Croissants with pistachio, chocolate, cream, Maritozzi, donuts and cannoli filled with really good ricotta. The dough is good and the filling (cream, cream and ricotta) is equally good. Furthermore, a quality detail of the cannoli is the absence of the internal chocolate "bath" while maintaining crunchiness, synonymous with freshness without resorting to the waterproofing of the chocolate. The pastries, taken in the evening as an invitation to dinner, were also very good. Recommended and we will return when we are in Velletri again.
