We relied on Caffé dei Corsi and Mabel to organize our wedding catering. We knew them for their famous Margherita pizzerias. Mabel was extremely professional and kind from the start, and the dinner rehearsals were meticulous and detailed to the point. She was able to guide and advise us through every aspect of the event. She's a complete professional, and you can rely on her completely for such an important day: from choosing the aperitif, to the dinner, to the wine selection, to the best positioning at the venue with the band and the timing. Mabel and her team are extremely attentive to detail, such as requesting the font we'd chosen for the invitations, which we could then reuse for the menu, coordinating with friends for pranks throughout the evening, or even following up with pre-made dishes to ensure we, too, had something to eat amidst the chaos of the day. The quality of the food, the service, and the helpfulness of the entire team were praised by all our guests. They were excellent in every way; our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them, so a heartfelt thank you. Highly recommended. Mabel is a fantastic person, the best in her field in our experience, and she shows great passion for her work.
