I was there for an aperitif, the place was very nice, the wine was excellent but as for the food connected to the aperitif... poor, I would have expected something more. For them dinner is probably more important than the aperitif...

Staff very polite male bartenders excellent however the female bartenders especially three very unconciliatory almost nothing, bordering on rudeness, unfriendly, and you can't joke interacting with them who look at you in a sulky way like people who are tired of having you in front of you. However nothing to say about it the male bartenders absolutely: great people.

The place is wonderful! The open kitchen in my opinion is a real gem! The staff was very kind. On site I found a lot of very interesting products for sale: sugars in alcohol, fine wines, and many other special things. I have to give it another go!

Provato lo Sprits con Select. Buono anche se preferisco l’Aperol ma sono gusti personali. Ben confezionati i bocconcini anche se davvero mignon. Buoni i prodotti del tagliere misto ma si può migliorare, magari puntando su prodotti più tipici del territorio. Prezzi medio/alti ma ci può stare con qualche offerta in più. Personale simpatico e disponibile.

11/08/2024: Un bellissimo posto in un piccolo centro tranquillo nella città di Alessandria, ci hanno subito fatto acccomodare fuori, il servizio e stato da subito cortese e gentile e i piatti, tutti vegani (noi non siamo vegani ma siamo sempre curiosi di assaggiare cose nuove) erano pochi ma molto buoni, tutte rivisitazioni di piatti in chiave vegana. Assolutamente consigliato per un aperitivo o una cena in città per godersi un attimo di relax e una piacevole compagnia.

13/11/2024: Un locale che abbiamo frequentato quasi quotidianamente nei mesi di agosto e settembre. Più che soddisfacente la qualità del cibo, in particolare i piatti di pesce davvero squisiti. Personale cortese e pronto, graditissimi gli omaggi di pizzette e focacce a inizio pasto e dolcini con il caffè. Consigliato per i pranzi di lavoro.
