Once the dishes were brought to us, they warned my friend who was celiac and had a series of intolerances that her dish had traces of egg. In the end they served her two tiny slices of bread for celiacs that weren't even toasted to make avocado toast. For us, food first, after 20 minutes, drinks... in short, in 2024 we cannot fail to have alternatives for those who have gluten intolerances, or in any case do not notify them after 30 minutes, and as a rule the drinks are always brought first.

We are Canadians on a cruise tour. Walked around Cagliari by ourselves and stumbled on this very nice and well-appointed cafe. We aren’t gourmets so cannot comment on the food here, but the friendliness and decor amazed us. The price of the food we ordered was so reasonable which we will always remember. We didn’t expect very quick service as we are there to relax. To the very good staff: Please accept our thanks!

Posto elegante e selettivo. Drink o amaro.non male per ilmdolce meno considerato il tiramisù crudo.... direi che o lo fai bene il tiramisù o lasci stare ..

Super adresse avec des serveurs de qualité, nous avons pris des avocado toast valeur sûre, et j’ai eu le plaisir de goûter le cappuccino pink à base de poudre de betterave, délicieux !

17/03/2025: An extraordinary experience from the first moment! This high-level venue offers truly special breakfasts, capable of satisfying any need with refined and high-quality options. Every detail is taken care of with creativity and coherence, from the furnishings to the atmosphere, which transports you into a true parallel dimension, where time seems to flow in its own way. The staff, highly qualified and attentive to the customer, contributes to making every moment unique and unforgettable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start the day in the best way!
12/02/2025: My recent dinner at "I Sarti del Gusto" in Cagliari was simply perfect. From the moment I entered, the welcoming and elegant atmosphere immediately won me over. The staff, incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, were able to advise us and guide us in choosing the dishes with passion and competence. Each course was a true work of art, both for the presentation with attention to the smallest details and, above all, for the explosion of flavors that delighted my palate. The very fresh and high quality ingredients, expertly combined, enhanced the aromas and flavors of the Sardinian tradition with a touch of originality and innovation that I particularly appreciated.

Ci Pensa Cannas

16/01/2025: Italy is one of the countries where eels are often eaten, and I have heard that Sardinia in particular is famous for its high-level eel cuisine. You, eel lovers, can eat salt-grilled eels at the restaurant all the time without any adavance pre−order. Simple yet deep flavor (amazing!). The high−quality dish using eels with moderate fat content is not only delicious but also looks gorgeous. Japanese eel Kabayaki (a kind of Teriyaki) is one of my favorite cuisines from around the world, but the salt-grilled eel there is just as good. Eating it there will make you realize that eel dishes from all over the world are still super delicious, even if they are made from different types of eels or cooked in different ways. Lastly, don't forget to order the French fries, as most regular customers do.
08/01/2025: A place where mainly local residents come. Efficient and friendly service. All the dishes we ate (pasta and calamari) were very tasty. Next time we are in Cagliari, we will definitely visit this place :)
