23/11/2025: A warm welcome from Francesca and Oscar, eager to understand and accommodate even the smallest whims, combined with the mastery of chef Salvatore Gesualdo, made my visit to Giaca a truly satisfying experience. The deliciously creamy, flavorful tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, an all-you-can-drink glass of Erice wine, a wine-flavored stew that melts like a kiss, and a generous portion of freshly baked shortcrust pastry tart with custard and fruit—all this gave me a revitalizing break in a strategic location in Viagrande, right across from the beautiful Villa Comunale, at a truly affordable price.
