Caffè Cipriani In Acireale

Ottimo caffé per colazioni, brunch e pranzo. I piccoli piatti salati tipici di Acireale, con melanzane e cipolle, sono buonissimi e i dolci altrettanto!!

Really very good breakfast and ice cream. This is where the locals shop themselves and as far as I understand it, the other cafes also buy their sweets here. We had breakfast here every day for a week.

Faboulus place for morning coffee in a fantastic atmosphere!

Last week, a friend and I had breakfast at the outdoor tables overlooking the entrance to this historic pastry bar, taking advantage of the beautiful sunny day. Excellent cappuccino, excellent croissant. Inside there were sweets filled with pumpkin and covered with almond flakes, which I took home in a tray. Really good. I've never tried the diner, so I can't comment. The manager, with whom we chatted about the origin of the place, at the time of paying, offered us some razor clams: I accepted the one filled with chocolate cream, with a light aftertaste of liqueur: it was delicious. The place is furnished with elegant 1950s wooden furniture, which is one of the characteristics of the place, which other places in Acireale have unfortunately lost, in favor of new and banal furnishings. Fast and accurate service, friendly staff, good quality/price ratio. In the early afternoon of last Saturday I went with my wife for a coffee and a chocolate ice cream cup and trifle. Perhaps because we arrived during the shift change, but we found the staff not very attentive, not to mention distracted, with the customers. The toilets were not clean and the men's toilet was closed. The ice cream didn't excite us, the coffee was good, the razor clams with chocolate cream proved to be excellent.

Siamo entrati per ripararci dalla pioggia e prendere qualcosa di caldo, ne siamo usciti con una super granita al caffe e una deliziosa brioche. Locale storico con amcora l’arredamento originale presumo. Il personale è stato davvero gentile. Ripasserei sicuramente
