Is there the possibility of awarding the sixth star? All excellent, prepared with great care and impeccable competence. Service times a little diluted, but it's still good. I highly recommend the tasting menu, always different. However, the ribollita deserves an honorable mention.

Remember to book! We arrived without a reservation, they made a place for us! The dishes are comforting and excellent! The service is pleasant and the wine selection is perfect! The crème brûlée is excellent. Also the decor is beautiful and comforting.

27/01/2025: Varied menu, really good food (meat or first courses makes no difference) excellent pizza as well as the wine list which offers the best of all the Italian regions. Great staff and... Mirko in the room is super! I don't see why not recommend it. Go there instead, and enjoy some good food. And Bon Appetit! 6 stars! anything else!

14/02/2025: Everything is wonderful! From the location, the atmosphere, impeccable staff, kind, smiling, truly professional. And the dishes, excellent, all incredibly tasty! Congratulations to the entire staff!
29/01/2025: A grill as well as a pizzeria and restaurant with large, welcoming, warm and thoughtful rooms. We spent a perfect Saturday evening and ate the best Tuscan Ribollita we have ever tasted to date, as unanimously declared. The kindness of the young, polite and trained staff made us feel at ease and accompanied us the entire time. The appetizers and cristini are good. Then we opted for an excellent grilled steak, cooked to perfection rare and tasty. Brunello di Montalcino wine to accompany the meal, opened and properly decanted. The french fries are also very good. The typical dessert with almonds is excellent. Definitely a place where you feel good and are happy to return.
