Accueil sympathique et pro sur cette jolie petite terrasse. Les assiettes sont belles et bien remplies. Tout est très goûteux, pour un tarif très raisonnable. Le vin était très bon également.

We found ourselves in this place for a business dinner, recommended by a colleague in the area. It immediately appears characteristic with a warm and welcoming light, wooden finishes and furniture, shelves that offer an excellent variety of wines. The service was excellent, run by really friendly and professional staff; there were 10 of us and they were excellent especially with the timing of the courses. There is little to say about the food: exquisite and typical and I would even dare say refined on some dishes. The price-quality ratio is everything. We had a really good time and thank you for the lovely evening, see you next time!

After visiting the beautiful town of Volterra we stayed nearby the cafe. It was time for dinner and we thought it would be good to get there, as the reviews were good. The location is nice and the restaurant is pleasant. We sat outside. The weather was good and we felt being in a medieval old town of Italy. The hosts were very welcoming and great. They also recommended the dishes we should be ordering. The chicken liver pate was excellent! The pasta were satisfactory. The wine list is quite impressive and the house wine was delicious. Good option if you're around.

Il Caffè Casolani è un locale di rango, e merita una visita anche solo per prenderci un caffè mentre passeggiate sul corso di Casole. L'arredamento e gli stessi tavoli testimoniano la storia e lo stile del posto. Parlando del lato Osteria, posso dire che il servizio è cortese e informale, e che il conto non è economico ma adeguato al livello del posto. A mio avviso l'osteria ci guadagnerebbe se nella scelte culinarie badasse meno allo stile e rimanesse più legata alla cucina popolare del territorio.

10/08/2024: We were guests of the relais and with a series of tastings and dinners booked outside. Fantastic experience at our restaurant which makes us want to come back even just to eat. Excellent entrees and dream pig! Well done!
10/08/2024: I was very impressed with my experience at Mastrojanni, as a vegetarian the menu had serval choice that came straight from their own vegetable garden. The chef also proposed other vegetarian dishes that were not on the menu. The staff was very skilled and accommodating making our dining experience fantastic. I highly recommend not only the restaurant but also pairing the wines that come from their winery.
