Staff was friendly and professional, the location of the hotel is great and the room itself, while not being modern, was fine. When we arrived the room was not cleaned properly, there were some hairs on the bed. It was pretty cold and we had to turn on the heating. The bed had probably old mattresses, as they were not flat anymore

I stayed in room 250 on the night of November 30, 2025. The hotel is immense, spread across several floors of several new and old buildings, connected by a meticulous renovation. The rooms are immaculately clean, well-furnished, comfortable, extremely quiet, and easily darkened for those who desire. A generous buffet breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m. The hotel is centrally located, just steps from the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre.

Perfect location, just next to Basilica of San Antonio, the main church of the city e place of pilgrimage. It is also not far from the round square with beautiful statues and small bridges over a river. The hotel has 4 stars, but rooms are small, but they have own bathroom with a shower. There is a small TV on the wall, and a small fridge as well, as a wardrobe.. The strong smell of white musk ( muschio bianco) in the room is not good, it provokes the headache. It could be recommended to replace it by the smell of lavanda o lemon.. Breakfast is not inside of the hotel but it is available in the nearest bar/restaurant. The young people at the reception are not so welcoming, not smiling even, while check in or check out, just too serious looking only at the computers.

My daughter and I stayed there for a day hospital stay at the nearby hospital, which is part of the agreement. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and very nice, and the location was excellent, close to the Basilica and the wonderful center of Padua.

Hotel just a few steps from the Basilica of San Antonio, ideal for early risers who want to be there early for mass.
