I really like shop windows. I understand it's small what's not to like is that there are no tables inside, only outside. And for me it's nice to be inside in front of all the delicacies. If he is forced to be at the counter.😌

After shopping at the market we stopped in this pastry shop attracted by the giant Tortelli in the window. We sat down on the pleasant and warm veranda and ordered some cappuccinos and these Tortelli with orange cream and eggnog cream, both good. The service is fast and the staff is courteous. The internal restaurant is very nice with inviting display cases full of delicacies in addition to the Tortelli. I'll be back

Excellent historic pastry shop near Corso Vercelli. The pastry shop and cafeteria are excellent. Savory food is also good. Quick and attentive service. A large outdoor area is available

The best cappuccino i have tried, staff very friendly and fast. Cute small pastries and huge piadine! Love the decor and atmosphere that changes throughout the seasons and festivities. As a student in milan, i recommend! :)

02/04/2025: Dopo tanto tempo, sono tornato in questo ristorante e sono stato accolto molto bene dal personale. Ho ordinato alcuni piatti che solitamente preparano con cura, come il pesce. Peccato che il piatto scelto inizialmente non fosse disponibile perché avevano terminato il salmone, e ho dovuto ripiegare su un filetto di branzino. Il costo è piuttosto alto rispetto ad altri ristoranti della zona, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata discreta. Consigliato, ma senza particolari entusiasmi.

05/04/2025: The location is situated in a beautiful glimpse of the Adda river. After a pleasant walk we went to this place for lunch. The risotto alla milanese was delicious, the second course: pork loin with potatoes, I must say not bad. Recommended
19/03/2025: It has changed its name, too bad, I know it as VECCHIO LAVATOIO and for me it will always be its name. Always a well-known place.
