28/09/2025: Last night I went to the pizzeria "Antica Santo Stefano" in Casamassima. It was Saturday, and as expected, the place was packed. After being turned down at two local pizzerias—which was perfectly normal, as I hadn't booked—I managed to find a table at the third, despite it also being packed. The establishment offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was quick and courteous, with an adequate number of waiters dedicated to the tables. In addition to being a pizzeria, the place also serves as a restaurant. I ordered two appetizers: gratinated mushrooms and zucchini and mortadella rolls. The mushrooms seemed undercooked and rather bland. The zucchini, however, were decent and well-blended with the cheese, while the mortadella was almost imperceptible. The pizzas were good, but not memorable: thin, well-cooked, and with quality ingredients, although there's still room for improvement. Overall, the experience was positive.
